Nicolaisen and Sons have built 3 custom homes for me within the last 3 years. Two of the homes are contemporary two-story homes built next to each other in Torrance. One of them is a 2800 sq. ft 4 bedroom 3-½ bath home and the other is a 3200 sq. ft 6 bedroom 5-½ bath. Our most recent house was just completed and is a beautiful 6000 sq. foot single-story ranch style home. It’s a 7 bedroom 5-½ bath. Some of the custom features include: vaulted wood beam ceilings, walk-in pantry, walk-in laundry room, theatre room & garden room with French doors that open towards a custom enclosed patio.
